Tenth Annual Bioscience Day, November 12

The 10th Annual Bioscience Research and Technology Review Day on
Nov. 12 will feature a variety of presentations on the impact that
climate change is having on all living organisms - from bacteria to
wildflowers to frogs, penguins, polar bears and people.
Thomas Lovejoy, one of the leading conservation biologists in the world, known for founding the public television series Nature will give the keynote address. Other speakers will include Other higlights include an internship and career fair, a poster session showcasing cutting-edge research and the Third Annual Professor Venture Fair. This last event gives faculty inventors the opportunity to pitch new technologies to a team of five venture capitalists and entrepreneurs who judge them based on commercial viability.
